This hotel is a gem! The staff here is exceptional - courteous, kind, and very helpful. They made us feel right at home. The rooms, in traditional Japanese style, were spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the fully automated toilet that amazed me. And the location, so close to the station, made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, a perfect start to the day.

All was just perfect - nothing to improve!

I had a lovely stay at this traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their fluency in English made communication a breeze. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with rooms that perfectly captured the essence of traditional Japanese style. The location was also great, just a short walk from the center of town.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the station. The rooms were beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, which added to the overall experience. The attention to detail in the hotel was impressive, from the comfortable pillows to the delicious breakfast. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the station, and the friendly staff who spoke English well. The hotel was immaculate, with a nice public bath and private bath in the room. There was also good parking and transportation options nearby. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Absolutely nothing. This was a great experience overall and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel has a stunning design with beautiful artwork featured throughout. The spa offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area and was a highlight of the stay. The traditional dinner served was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. the hotel's location provides convenient access to nearby cultural sites and attractions.

While the hotel offered a typical Japanese-style breakfast and bed-making service, it felt rushed and guests were encouraged to eat quickly. the noise insulation between rooms could be improved as sounds from neighboring rooms were audible.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, including a morning market and a village. the room was spacious and the amenities were acceptable. the dinner was excellent, with a variety of local delicacies served.

The onsen experience was not very relaxing, as the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard.
