This hotel is a gem! The staff here is exceptional - courteous, kind, and very helpful. They made us feel right at home. The rooms, in traditional Japanese style, were spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the fully automated toilet that amazed me. And the location, so close to the station, made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, a perfect start to the day.
All was just perfect - nothing to improve!

The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with rooms that perfectly captured the essence of traditional Japanese style. The location was also great, just a short walk from the center of town.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

The hotel has a stunning design with beautiful artwork featured throughout. The spa offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area and was a highlight of the stay. The traditional dinner served was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. the hotel's location provides convenient access to nearby cultural sites and attractions.
While the hotel offered a typical Japanese-style breakfast and bed-making service, it felt rushed and guests were encouraged to eat quickly. the noise insulation between rooms could be improved as sounds from neighboring rooms were audible.
